The usage of our resources;

1. You are in NO way allowed to repost any of these resources without asking permission first. You have to discuss this with the admins and the original poster. If we find you posting our resources on other pages, spreading it around on YouTube or in any way claiming they're yours, we will give you a 30 day ban.

Of course, not all resources are made by us. But we credit each and every creator in all our threads. If we haven't yet, we are planning to (the current situation is rather messy). If we would allow anyone to just repost our stuff, it would become a chaos with giving people credits.

2. Always give credits to either MapleTV or the MapleTV user. If it was created by a third party, then please credit the creator outside MapleTV and MapleTV itself or the poster.

3. We do not claim any resources to be our own. Everything is created by the legal copyright holders. If there are any problems, please contact the head admin Sue. She will take every complaint about the resources posted. If you want them to be taken off, we wish for you to give a sign of proof that they're created by you. We can't take every random request serious. We hope you can consider this in your complaints.

4. When you post resources on MapleTV, you allow members to credit MapleTV for the resources. If you want your resources to have explicit credit to you, make sure you make that clear on the thread. We won't force you to let people credit us, but it's easier then to give credit to every single user we have here.

Normal rules:

1. You can't double post or bump;

Posting 2 comments right after each other on the same thread. There's an edit button. Use it. Bumping means that write something irrelevant to get your thread up on the top of the forum again.

2. Don't revive old threads a.k.a. necropsying;

Threads already died out are threads without comments for over 2 weeks. If a thread is useless or out of date, we rather not have you post in it. This might cause confusion or revive some fights that are already solved.

3. Illegal discussions and objectionable material;

Some things, are not to be discussed here. Only admins may decide wether or not to put something illegal on the website. We do not want our members to do this. Things you can't discuss here are: Pirating, illegal software, hacking (this includes private servers), botting, selling stuff (we can make agreements on that) and the discussion of extremely personal stuff like religions and sexuality. Sexuality is only permitted in the "Do you touch yourself thread?" in the general chat. Religion threads are allowed if there's no bashing of other religions. No racism allowed. Advertising stuff will result in a warn and deletion of the advertised material.

Objectionable material involves porn and hate messages. Gore pictures should be placed in a spoiler if really needed to be posted with a warning in the thread title "[M]". This shows us that it's not safe for work/school and might be bad for our young viewers.

4. Picture sizes;

Your icon can have a maximum of 150x200px. Your signature can be 500x250px plus a bit of text below it to give credit or something like that. If a picture in your comment is huge and might be too big for people to load quickly, put it in a spoiler.

5. Disrespect of Authority;

We don't mind if you hate us. It's a free world. But if you have a problem with us, just say it in our faces on a polite way. It's not that nice to find out members talking about you behind your back, while you're working your ass off to do something. If you get warned, don't go wine about it in the chatbox or steaming room. Just go to the warning dispute section of the forum. There mods and admins will be able to discuss your warn and if it should be taken off.

6. E-drama;

Don't start fights with people on the forum. If you make a direct flame to a member you WILL get warned for it. These things should be fought over on an instant messenger or just through PM's. Do not involve our forum with it, as we don't really like another e-drama fight over here.

7. Multiple accounts;

You can't have more than one account. If you suddenly have split personalities we will ban all your accounts.

8. Failure at life and general idiocy;

These two warnings are given out to users who have posted incredibly offensive or insulting material. They are stronger warnings which can result in the user being banned. Failure at life requires an existing post in order to be awarded, but general idiocy can be given with or without the user posting. This involves people who ‘fangasm’ over a certain person on YouTube, who happens to be on the forum.

9. Only posting in the lucky star;

Some people just love to spam the lucky star to gain posts. Don't do this. We have other sections than just the lucky post.
